okapk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okapk platform at okapk.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of okapk, including visitors, registered members, and any other users who access the platform in Bangladesh or from abroad.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okapk platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of okapk after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use okapk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to meet any requirement may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances held in violation of these terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. okapk does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active okapk account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets. Accounts may not be operated by agents, proxies, or third-party representatives.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of okapk or any of its affiliated game providers.

okapk reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on okapk is completed using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary account identifier. Upon successful registration, okapk may send a one-time OTP to your registered mobile number to verify your identity before you can access full platform features.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okapk login credentials, including your mobile number and password. okapk will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact okapk support immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okapk operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with standard financial platform practices. You may be required to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at the discretion of okapk at any stage of your account lifecycle. KYC documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for bKash or Nagad, this may include a screenshot confirming the registered mobile number belongs to you.
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days, bearing your name and address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okapk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okapk does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card transactions via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees imposed by the card issuer, which are outside the control of okapk.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your okapk account are processed in real time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for mobile wallet transactions, and via Visa or Mastercard for card transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but your payment provider's own transaction limits will apply. Funds deposited on okapk may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform — they may not be transferred to another user's account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if your account is subject to a pending KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless okapk support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okapk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn from your account.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered on okapk unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms published on the platform:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited, along with any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents outside of the standard wagering process.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or payment methods are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• okapk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing wagering progress will not be affected unless the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on okapk are binding once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the okapk system and a confirmation reference has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and markets before confirming any wager.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

okapk offers in-play and pre-match betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. In-play odds are dynamic and update in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager. okapk reserves the right to suspend betting markets or void bets where there is evidence of irregular activity, data feed errors, or force majeure events affecting a fixture.

6.2 Casino and Slots Games

All casino games and slot titles available on okapk are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, human dealers operating in real time under regulated studio conditions. okapk does not control the game software and cannot be held responsible for software errors originating within third-party game engines; in such cases, okapk will endeavour to resolve disputes in accordance with the game provider's certified payout records.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okapk. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance forfeited where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence.
• Opening or operating more than one okapk account, whether under the same or different personal details, or facilitating another person to open a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, mine odds data, or exploit any feature of the okapk platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, or participating in any scheme that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities in the okapk platform or any third-party game software to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be recovered.

okapk takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited conduct. Where okapk has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold withdrawal processing pending a full investigation, regardless of the account balance at the time of suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

okapk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. okapk provides the following responsible gaming tools in every player account: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, temporary account time-out, and self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okapk platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if okapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. okapk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okapk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okapk makes no warranty that the results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable. Access to the okapk platform may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair, or for reasons beyond okapk's control.

11. Amendments to These Terms

okapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okapk will provide notice on the platform with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the okapk platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting okapk support.
